Description-developers:
Each app “android.permission.RECEIVE_BOOT_COMPLETED” (Windows slang) “startup folder”. 200 installed apps about 33%. boot every apps gets started. Possible options:
– app shows a notification
– app starts a (hidden) service
– app exits again (eg user)
If BootManager at *next system boot*.

An app still starts boot? Android other events which could start!
Example: Skype permission “android.permission.MOUNT_UNMOUNT_FILESYSTEMS”. T, (again Windows slang) if a DVD in drive, “autorun” Skype.
